We Celebrated our annual summer fair this weekend and what an amazing day we all had. Our theme this year was to in corporate a taste of home. The amazing activities team, alongside the residents, spent many weeks crafting and creating our very own decorations from a variety of recycled materials. The residents also handmade some beautiful greetings cards and knitted dolls clothes for the event to sell and raise money for The Happy Wanderers mini bus. Along with a tombola and raffle and plenty of games for the children, we welcomed Aquatic Fanatics who brought along some "friends" for everyone to hold. Our dedicated head chef and all of the kitchen staff worked so hard to bring us the most delicious canapés, home made pizzas and a bbq.
The day was a huge success- residents, families and the local community all had a wonderful time.
