The last few days we have been baking butterfly buns , flour and sugar everywhere ! And that's just me ! We had a lovely time , comparing different techniques . Apparently they tasted very nice indeed , I cannot comment as they ate them all, whilst I had 2 days off . Charming ha ha ha .
Lydia's beautiful rendition of What A Friend We Have In Jesus. Certainly made my day , took me straight back to my childhood . Thanyou again Lydia . Such wonderful playing .
Today it's been crafting , making brightly coloured lions out of paper and card . Pictures are to follow when they are dry . Again lots of giggles .
Our obligatory coffee, tea and biscuit stop .

🎹 This afternoon we were treated to a wonderful piano performance from one of our talented residents. Having previously worked as a piano teacher, she shared her musical skills with us and filled the home with beautiful music. 🎶

We are certainly making the most of this beautiful weather .
Another day either enjoying icecreams or cream teas.
We have done some tasks our lovely Lorna laying the tables for lunch .
1-1 activities for our lovely residents .
Walks in these gorgeous grounds , listening to birds and watching our visiting Robin .

The last few days we have been enjoying this beautiful weather .
Lots of ice lollies and icecreams have been consumed . Keeping us hydrated and cool .
Noughts and crosses , hoopla the cones and our trusty parachute causing lots of laughter and giggles .
Today we have been crafting , lovely wooden decopatch items . Using such gorgeous designers papers . Lots of glue ofcourse ha ha .
1-1 conversations and garden walks .
A copious amount of sun lotion applied and snazzy hats worn , so important on hot sunny days .

Lately we have had games , no cheating either . Ha ha .
Chair yoga , to keep our legs. Arms , shoulders and feet moving .
Ball darts , well that was a hoot for sure . 😀
Good for hand eye coordination hoop hurling . Ofcourse lots and lots of laughs and giggles.
Much needed trips out and about . St George's looking at all the beautiful flowers in bloom . Little Robins enjoying the sunshine and being handfed treats . Looking at tadpoles racing around in the small pond. How lucky are we !?
Obviously a stop off at the delightful cafe .
I am a true believer of you learn something everyday a day you are never too old to learn !!
Vera taught me so much about these gorgeous flowers today . Thankyou . Xx

We have had a day of beading bookmarks .
Making cheese and chive splits .
Producing some amazing soda bread .
Our lovely hairdresser Pearl visiting .
Lots of laughter with flour going everywhere.
They tasted absolutely delicious .

On behalf of our residents , I would like to thank Olivia and Aaliyah for helping and leading this amazing activity today . Xx
