You might know that at Splat we love to make our training suit the customer - we LOVE to visit the site, get to know the people, learn about the setting...

So, when we were given the opportunity to do this in one of our favourite places we obviously JUMPED at it!!

We have had so much fun putting together our very first Sauna first aid workshop with iglu sauna .... Read our latest blog to find out what happened... (Link in comments)

Are you a sauna member?
Why not tell them about Splat? 💚

🟠 First Aid at Work

You can’t predict an emergency… but you can be ready for one.

Our First Aid at Work course goes beyond the basics – helping you stay calm, think clearly, and take action when it matters most.

It’s practical, engaging, and designed so the learning actually sticks.

Do you know the answer!?

At the beginning of our training days we introduce ourselves, and we ask our learners to introduce themselves and what they do to the room.

For some people this is a joyous task, and for others they wish the world would eat them up in that moment.
We know this, honestly.
If you haven't facilitated a room of learners before now you probably don't realise how much micro-managing is going on in the facilitators mind at any given time.
You probably haven't noticed how the facilitator has already spent time chatting to the shy group members to make them feel more comfortable, that they have found a way to start a conversation between them and the 'louder' group members in order to create common ground, or that they have already spotted the confident person who they know will be alright going first introducing themselves to the group.

We do everything we can to make sure everyone has a positive learning experience - because that means they are much more likely to remember how to save a life if the time comes!
