Nature's Touch Reflexology Nature's Touch Reflexology was established in December 2012. I run my practise from my home.

Therapies at Natures Touch Reflexology are Foot Reflexology,Facial Reflexology,Hot Stone Reflexology,Fertility & Maternity,Advanced FaceLift Massage,Zone FaceLift,Holistic Facial,Children’s Reflexology, Facial Cupping,Ear Candling,Reiki and Cranial Reflex I am a fully qualified and insured reflexologist and a member of the Association of Reflexologists, AOR and the Complimentary and Natural Health

care Council, CNHC. I graduated with a level 3 diploma in reflexology and I continue to train and specialize in certain ares of reflexology. I am trained and experienced in Fertility & Maternity Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology, Hand Reflexology, Zone Face Lift( Bergman method), Advanced Face Lift Massage, Facial Reflexology(Bergman method), Ear Candling, Facial Cupping and Indian Head Massage. As a holistic therapist, I take an holistic approach to my life, my family and my work. Reflexology has given me the opportunity to be able to help people which is something that I have always wanted to be able to do. It is important to understand that reflexology is not just for helping people become well, it is all about maintaining health and keeping the body in the best possible condition. ✨Whilst the face mask is on you can choose an extra treatment from either Reiki, Cranial Reflexology, Guided Healing Visualisation or Hand Reflexology to release and melt away any tension within the body.

✨Facial massage using Rose Quartz Mushroom Gua Sha.
