***PATIENT NOTICE***
Due to exceptional circumstances the dispensary at the surgery will be operating on reduced hours. Please note:

Monday 6th July: 8am-1pm / 2pm - 6.30pm
Tuesday 7th July: 8am - 1pm / 2pm- 6.30pm
**Wednesday 8th: July 8am - 1pm / 2pm - 5pm**
**Thursday 9th July: 9am - 1pm / 2pm - 6.30pm**
**Friday 10th July: 9am- 1pm / 2pm - 6.30pm**

**Monday 13th July: 8am - 1pm / 2pm-5pm**

Please plan you visit accordingly.

NB: This ONLY affects the collection of medication from the surgery. It does NOT affect ordering medication or if you collect from a pharmacy.

Our Accurx system is currently down nationally. We are unable to triage at this present time. Any routine appointments or queries please put this request in on Monday morning.

Please only call the surgery if it is URGENT.

***Patient Notice***

We have had to make the difficult decision to change our processing times for prescriptions to 5 WORKING DAYS. This is due to a number of factors, including that the area has significantly increased in population but we have not.

From 29th JUNE all prescriptions will be FIVE WORKING DAYS. This means if you put it in on a MONDAY you cannot collect it until the FOLLOWING MONDAY.

If you are a dispensing patient this also applies to you. We know you have been grateful that the dispensary at the surgery can turn prescriptions around in less than 24 hours on occasion but this is no longer possible. Please give us the time we need to complete the prescriptions in a safe manner.
