Please note that the surgery will be closed on Monday 25th May due to the bank holiday. If you require medical assitance during this time please contact 111.

If you require your repeat prescriptions please allow the surgery for five working days to have this ready for collection.

PATIENT NOTICE: NHS APP

Here at the surgery we understand that the NHS app is a vital tool to help with all of your medical needs, however, it can also cause some confusion. Please note the following:

We will NEVER just send you an appointment via the app, these will always come via a text message, usually from GP SURGERY. Please ignore any notifications from the NHS app telling you there is an appointment at the surgery if you have NOT received a text from us.

When the app says "ISSUED" in relation to a prescription, this is just the first step in our process. Issued means it has been sent from the admin team to the GP to check and sign. Please wait the 3 working days to allow our team (or your pharmacy) to get things ready for you.

Needless visits or calls waste everyone's time (yours and ours). Please help us, help you (by ignoring some of the things the app says)
