Summer Cool. Then. Now.
One of the original La Fée posters from our archives carried the simple message: “Summer Cool.”
Yesterday, at Henley Royal Regatta, it felt like the perfect moment to bring that idea back to life with “Stay Cool.”
Twenty-five years on, La Fée continues to celebrate the art of long, refreshing serves. In 2018, I created the La Fée Mojito, my French twist on the classic Mojito, replacing rum with La Fée Parisienne, Blanche, Bohemian or NV, together with fresh mint, fresh lime, lemonade and plenty of ice.
It’s still one of our signature serves and, for me, one of the most refreshing ways to enjoy absinthe.
