✨Yoga classes start back next week on 7th, 8th and 9th September.

✨As we gently yield and soften into the gently loving arms of late Summer and early Autumn!

✨Fabrizia weaves Hatha and Kundalini traditions, Poetry, Visualisations, Alexander Technique, and Somatic Movement to create a unique recipe of Nurture and Healing as you relax and rejuvenate.
Her gentle meditative classes provide a nurturing ambience and spiritual uplift as she creates sacred space where mind, body and spirit harmonise effortlessly, bathing in the wisdom of moving through the Chakras each week.
A transformative experience to soothe and restore the soul, open the senses & relax the nervous system - Divine Alchemy!

7.30pm - 9.15pm Monday evenings at Michael’s Folly

✨ The Tending of the Earth! With our wonderful volunteers Sian, Gillian, Alex. After months of intensity with the sun, these wonderful hearts came to nurture the land as usual this week in the very welcome rain! 🌿

✨From learning, to tending, to harvesting, these fun filled sessions are always times of enjoying the land, sharing in each others light, warming cups of tea and reconnection with what’s rooted down deep. Our regular gatherings of like minded people, there to celebrate, to learn and grow alongside one another, while enriching the beautiful space where so many others come to breathe out and release. Thank you! 🙏🏽

✨Please join us for this week for the last classes of the summer, with extended extra special classes with Yogi Tea and snacks to share on Monday 17th & Tuesday 18th evening of August to celebrate the end of the Summer term ( Wednesday morning 19th class as normal ).

✨Classes resume Monday 7th September 2026.

✨ Many you lovely souls are away at this time of year so if some are not coming on the Monday evening, we will have more of a gathering on Tuesday evening!

✨Gooseberry smoothies decorated with vibrant purple borage flowers and topped with sunshine full marigold petals, made using coconut milk and oh so delicious! 🍈

✨We harvested the potatoes 🥔 Charlotte and Desiree and more, and enjoyed the beautiful sun and connection together afterwards with elderflower cordial with Borage flowers and Lemon Verbena 🌱

✨I happened to spot Fabrizia in the garden at Michael’s Folly, enjoying the afternoon sunshine and the gorgeous landscape around her.

✨One of the rare times I have seen her at rest, not arranging an event, gardening or nurturing the structures and grounds.

✨One of the most beautiful things to ‘do’ at Michael’s Folly is to Just Be and let the natural wilderness and sounds of life fill the space around you.
