Hey loves ā¤ļø

I’m so excited to begin working with my dear friends, chosen family and incredible mentors, Micky and Emma, this evening!

The sense of community, integrity and support these two embody is truly second to none! Would recommend them in a heartbeat! šŸ™

I’ve recently had a couple of people reach out about working with me through one-to-one coaching. Ahead of my October programme launch on Tuesday 22nd September, I’d love to extend an invitation to anyone who would like to secure my current coaching offer.

My new programme will be an intimate space for a maximum of ten women, and I’m hoping it will fill—so my calendar may soon be full to brimming!

If you’re curious about working with me, or you feel ready to receive support with all that you’re holding, I’d love to have a conversation with you. There are absolutely no expectations—just a gentle space to connect and explore whether it feels right.

Please reach out within the next week if you feel the pull.

Loads of love,

Ellie ā¤ļø

Ps. Got my excited tongue on show in this pic with Emma! šŸ˜‚

Today didn’t go as expected.. I had high expectations of getting loads of clearing and cleaning done and a few curve balls including trying to get my Alexa on my newish WiFi for over an hour and my tricksy hormones that kept making sure I slowed down and rested.

All the jobs will wait for another day! I’m sharing my biggest win for today. I absolutely LOVE this Beech, mighty Mamma tree. šŸ’š Tried to stay a while longer to see if I could get a download and Miss Tala wasn’t waiting around! šŸ˜‚

Sharing as self compassion is a muscle I’ve been exercising for over 18 years and it makes allll of the difference! If you are a spiritual woman, who is ready to hold yourself in pure love and devotion I’d love you to come to my free online session on Tuesday 22nd September, to have a taste of the 4 month community offer that is beginning 10th October - it would be a delight to see your face! 😁

Sending you love for all that you are navigating at the moment - it’s a lot! ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

As we move towards autumn beneath fast-moving September skies, there’s an air of possibility in the changing season — a sense of chance, new beginnings and the invitation to seek more balance in our lives.

I’ve been reflecting on how much we can carry alone, often without even realising how heavy it has become. I think a heavy cold has thrown a couple of spanner’s my way this past week.. starting to feel human..

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or caught in patterns of fear and self-doubt, you don’t have to navigate it all on your own.

I currently have space for a small number of one-to-one coaching clients before my new community offering begins in October.

My coaching offers a warm, compassionate space where you can slow down, listen to what your body and heart are telling you, and begin to reconnect with yourself more deeply — finding greater balance, clarity and trust in your own path.

If you’d like to explore working together, I’d love to invite you to a free 30-minute call. It’s a gentle opportunity for us to meet, talk about what you’re experiencing and see whether we feel like a good fit.

If this speaks to you, please send me a message. I’d genuinely love to hear from you. šŸ’›

Memories for the grid! Last of the summer adventures in BrontĆ« land with one of my oldest Besties! šŸ‘Æ

Loved Haworth, all the Heather & waterfalls, and a good gust of wind to blow the cobwebs away and most of all quality time for all of the chats - the deep and the daft! šŸ˜ŠšŸ’œ

One of my central values is Connection šŸ’•šŸ’« Feeling known and loved is so important isn’t it.. sharing as I know it’s a cornerstone to the community and 1-1 support that I’m building too. šŸ’«

If you are interested in knowing more about The Stories that we Carry’ I’m going to be holding a free session Tuesday 22nd September to recieve a taste of what wee’l be doing and also to ask questions, so feel free to save the date - is 7 or 7.30pm better for you? šŸ’œšŸ’œšŸ’œ

As a woman experiencing baby loss, or living with the terrifying fear that the one thing you know you want most in life may have passed you by, the last thing you need is someone telling you how you feel.

You don’t need to hear that someone ā€œknows exactly how you feel.ā€

Grief is complicated. It’s nuanced, messy, deeply personal and often incredibly isolating. Even when someone has walked a similar path, they can never truly know what that particular loss feels like inside your body, your heart and your life.
And as women, we hold such an enormous capacity for love.

We can love our sisters’ children with a fierce tenderness, while also knowing that the love we have for our beloved soul buddies — our pets just don’t quite cut it — can be every bit as heart-expanding.

There is no hierarchy to love, and there is no hierarchy to grief.

I want to be clear that when I share parts of my story, I do so because I want to be transparent about how I came into this work.
I never share it for sympathy.

I remember one particular miscarriage when my Dad told me he felt sorry for me.
I knew it came from love.
And still, it hurt.

Because it felt like pity, and this is the last thing I wanted my loved ones to feel.

At that time I found it so painful to be seen and that’s part of my motivation to want to help others.

I believe that, as humans, at every moment we are either moving into an upward spiral or a downward spiral, shaped by the choices we make and the stories we believe.
When I was in a downward spiral, it looked from the outside as though my life was grand. A good job, lots of friends and hobbies.. Inside, I was trying day by day to cope with fear and deep disappointment.

I was experiencing inflammation, lesions and endometriosis in my womb, alongside the heartache of repeatedly not meeting my own needs.

My nervous system was shot.
I couldn’t rest.
I couldn’t move forwards in the ways I so desperately wanted to.

Eventually, everything came to a crunch point around the end of the pandemic, in 2020–2021, when my anxiety peaked.

I knew I had to end my marriage.
I knew the relationship was making me sick.

With love xx

And I knew after 6 years of actively trying to get pregnant, that I wouldn’t become a mother in the traditional way in this lifetime.

That realisation felt inconceivable at first, how would I ever be happy?
But it was also the beginning of something else.I knew I needed help.

I needed support to find acceptance, to make peace with what had happened, and ultimately, to forgive the person I had been the most harsh towards - myself.

I was so ready for transformation that I joined not one, but two coaching programmes.

I was determined to unravel the stories that had been placed upon me by patriarchy, fear and years of living disconnected from myself.

And slowly, I began to remove them.
That became the beginning of something profound.
My relationships became more truthful.
My connection with myself deepened.
And, perhaps most importantly, I began to trust myself again.

Investing in yourself when you finally feel heard, held and truly seen is one of the most powerful investments you can ever make.

And having a community where you can be both known and loved through uncertainty, transition and transformation — where you can begin to write a new story without having to pretend that the old one didn’t hurt — is some of the most profound work we can do.

This is why I’m creating this space.

If you know you are ready for your relationship with yourself to deepen…

If you are ready to listen more deeply to yourself…

If you are ready to surrender into a process of reclamation…

Then I’m offering free 30-minute sessions to have a chat about the coaching and community I’m creating more fully in October. ā¤ļø

We start on 10/10 for a reason.
In numerology, it represents completion.

There’s an invitation there for you.
To take a leap of faith.
To make space for something new.

To offer yourself the space to teach your body and your heart that it is safe to feel.

We don’t heal in isolation.
We heal together.
And you don’t have to do it alone. šŸ™

Do you give yourself the same grace, kindness, and love that you so naturally offer your best friends?

When you’re feeling exhausted or processing sadness, how much gentleness’s and acceptance do you offer yourself?

When you need a break, do you take one? What about a nap?

Do you give yourself the space and time you need to recover from difficult experiences or very busy times? I’m still learning this one, too. šŸ’›

Do you regularly ask yourself what you need? And more importantly, give yourself that space and prioritised time.

I’m not talking about treating yourself to a new outfit or a piece of cake. Those things are lovely, of course, and I enjoy them, too. But often, what we truly need is to offer ourselves recognition, tenderness, and permission to say no—politely—to others, so we can say yes wholeheartedly to ourselves, our dreams, and our desires. šŸ’›

I’ve been exploring self-compassion deeply for more than 20 years, and I can tell you that it’s a skill—almost like a muscle—that grows stronger the more we practice it.

You deserve that same tenderness, compassion, and care—not just from others, but from yourself, too. And if this is something you’re ready to explore more deeply, keep your eyes peeled for my new online transformational container, beginning in October. I’d love to welcome you in. šŸ™šŸ’›šŸ’•

ā€˜Creativity is the love of something, having so much love for something whether a person, a word, an image, an idea, a land or humanity that all that can be done with the overflow is to create. It is not a matter of joy wanting to, not a singular act of will, one solely must.ā€

- Clarissa Pinkola EstƩs

Creativity is not what we were taught at school! It’s spontaneous, it’s life force..

Would you like to create more, write, draw or dance more?! Feel more like you.. šŸ’œ

If so I have the perfect course for you! Doors are opening soon to ā€˜The Stories that we Carry’

For the first cohort there will be a big discount, the care and value I bring will be the same and I love an intimate group where everyone feels comfortable and there is spaciousness, which you’ll know if you’ve ever been to one of my groups šŸ’«

This Bear hug is the feeling of safety I wish for all my clients ā¤ļø
