🎉 Celebrating 15 Years of Lazarus Training 🎉

What started 15 years ago as a combination of skills, passion, and experience has grown into something truly incredible.

Claire brought her background in teaching, while Alistair’s experience as a medic in the armed forces laid the foundations for what would become Lazarus Training. In the early days, we worked alongside just a couple of freelance trainers who were serving firefighters and we are honoured to say are still with us today. Fast forward to today, and we are proud to have a team of 38 trainers, casualty role players, and office staff supporting our clients across the UK and overseas.

One of the things we are most proud of is our people. With an average staff tenure of 9 years, it’s clear we must be doing something right. Our experienced and dedicated team continues to grow, bringing professionalism, passion, and expertise to every course we deliver.

Looking ahead, 2026 is forecast to be another exciting year, with our overseas training programmes expanding at lightning speed.
