Do you need veterinary consent for my animal to have physiotherapy?

We do require veterinary consent to treat your animal.

Once you have completed our Client Registration Form we will contact your veterinary practice to gain consent and the clinical history.

We predominantly cover Surrey and West Sussex. If you are out of this area please do get in touch as we may be able to accommodate your requirements.

Happy Easter from everyone at Team Chapps and Mini Team Chapps 🐣. The office will be closed over Easter until Tuesday 7th April, so any enquiries will be dealt with when we are back open. We hope everyone enjoys the bank holiday weekend and consumes lots of chocolate (excluding our four legged friends 🐶 🐱)!
