🚨 Shoulder pain that just won’t go away?
😩 If you feel pain at the front or top of your shoulder when lifting your arm, reaching overhead, pressing, or sleeping on that side, the supraspinatus tendon may be involved.
🩹 The supraspinatus is one of the rotator cuff tendons and is commonly affected by overload, irritation, and degeneration.
❌ When the tendon becomes irritated:• Pain develops with everyday movements• Strength starts to decrease• Overhead activities become uncomfortable• Recovery can feel frustratingly slow
⚡ In this video, I’m using radial shockwave therapy to stimulate healing, improve blood flow, and help reduce pain within the tendon.
❓But treating the tendon alone isn’t always enough.
Many chronic shoulder problems are also driven by adhesions and restrictions within the surrounding tissues that continue to overload the tendon.
💪 By addressing both the irritated tendon and the underlying restrictions, we can help restore normal shoulder mechanics and reduce unnecessary stress on the joint.
🙏🏼 Better movement.More load tolerance.Less pain.
🎯This is Adhesion Release combined with targeted shockwave therapy.
