This is what I currently offer

💚Reflexology- £45
💚Reflexology with either massage/facial/ Indian head massage (1/2 and 1/2)- 1 hour £45/90 minutes £65.
💚Facial reflexology- with Tropic products, hot towels and gua sha work. 40 minutes- £35
💚Zone Face Lift- same as facial reflexology with extra Indian head techniques and extra crystal and lymphatic drainage work. 60 minutes £45
💚Indian Head Massage- shoulder massage, head massage with a bit of facial- 40 minutes £35.

I do Solution Focused Hypnotherapy as well so if you are interested in that I can arrange for a discovery call to see how you may benefit from it.

Most people don’t realise how much is actually going on in a reflexology session.

It’s not just “a nice treatment” (though it can feel like that). There’s a lot of listening, adjusting, and working with what shows up in the body on the day. No two sessions are the same, because no two people walk in the same.
