⭐We are now actively recruiting for this role and are seeking day and night staff to complete the team - please get in touch if you wanted to find out more!

⭐Exciting new job opportunity!

👀Are you looking for a career in care, or for a change of scene?

🤩Do you want to be part of a new team supporting a young man starting an exciting new chapter in his life and make a genuine difference?

☎️Then get in touch!

ℹ️ eLIVEate are currently seeking new team members in preparation to support Dougie, a young man with learning disabilities and epilepsy who will be relocating to his new home in Plymouth in the New Year.

🤔We are now starting to plan ahead to identify the right people to form Dougie’s team ahead of a period of induction and training in January and early February.

🎉Dougie is moving from a residential care setting and about to build a new life where he will need support to become an active citizen in his community and with creating what will be his home, not a “placement”.

🕧This will include day hours, sleep in duties and waking night hours - we will be seeking people to fulfil these different roles on either a full time or part time basis.

🚗We are ideally seeking drivers to enable Dougie to get out and about in his own vehicle and lead an active life.

✅Characteristics important to Dougie include:

- People who are calm and not too loud
- People who can be a bit silly!
- Good communicators
- Good observation skills and attention to detail
- Patience
- Being a good cook!
- Shared interests – including the outdoors, nature and swimming

🤝Dougie will require support in all aspects of his life, which will include personal care and support to manage his epilepsy safely, but most of all to live an active, purposeful and healthy life.

😊eLIVEate are interested in attitude, values, and the ability to connect with the people we support. We want to create an environment where you feel truly valued and happy in your work, as this contributes to providing outstanding support. We will provide you with the guidance, training and mentorship needed to help you succeed and develop. We offer competitive rates of pay and understand the importance of a good work-life balance.

☎️If you would like an informal chat so we can provide you with further details about this role and to find out about you, then please drop us a line on 01752 936358, email us at [email protected], or send a private message and we’ll get back to you.

We look forward to hearing from you!
