💙 Choosing the Right NHS Service 💙

Not every health problem needs a GP appointment. Choosing the right service can help you get the care you need more quickly and keeps GP appointments available for patients who need them most.

Here are some examples:
💊 Your Local Pharmacy can help with:
• Coughs, colds and sore throats
• Hay fever and allergies
• skin conditions
• Conjunctivitis
• Insect bites and stings
• Simple aches and pains
• Diarrhoea and vomiting

🩺 Our Health Centre is here for:
• Ongoing or long-term health conditions
• Persistent or worsening symptoms
• Mental health concerns
• New health problems that need assessment
• Symptoms that your pharmacist has advised should be reviewed by a GP

🚨 NHS 111 is available if you’re unsure where to go or need urgent medical advice when it’s not an emergency.

🚑 Call 999 or attend A&E immediately for life-threatening emergencies such as chest pain, signs of a stroke, severe breathing difficulties, heavy bleeding or loss of consciousness.

If you’re not sure which service is right for you, our reception team will ask you a few questions so they can direct you to the most appropriate clinician or service. These questions are confidential and help us make sure you receive the right care at the right time.

Unfortunately there has been another recall on one batch of Ramipril 2.5mg capsules Crescent brand Batch no GR155023. If you are prescribed these please check and contact the pharmacy if you have any concerns.

Crescent Pharma Limited is initiating a precautionary recall of one batch of Ramipril 2.5 mg Capsules following the identification of a potential packaging error at the manufacturing site.
