Jodie, our Kettering Showroom Manager is a caring and compassionate Manager and genuinely loves helping others and making a positive difference in people’s lives. Her recent personal experiences with dementia care have strengthened her passion for supporting others and highlighted just how important kindness, understanding and empathy can be.
Jodie's career began in hairdressing, before she moved into retail and progressed into management. Throughout Jodie's career, Jodie has always enjoyed building relationships with people and helping them feel valued and supported.
Outside of work, family is everything to Jodie.
'I love spending quality time with my husband and grown-up son, keeping active and healthy at the gym, travelling and enjoying days out at football matches'. I’m a people person at heart, and I’m passionate about making a real difference, whether that’s through my work or the little things I can do to make someone’s day better.' 💖
Kat, our Showroom assistant enjoys meeting people, learning new things and helping others. Kat takes pride in her work and enjoys being part of a team that makes a positive difference in people’s lives. Outside of work, family comes first ❤️. Kat loves spending quality time with her kids and their dog 🐶. Kat is also a big technology enthusiast, always interested in gadgets, new tech and discovering how things work! 💻📱

Meet Holly & Lynette, our Customer Care Team based at our Head Office in Kettering ✨🤩

Mobility Your Way would like to introduce you to our Customer Care Team based at our Head Office in Kettering. Holly and Lynette help our customers on the telephone with queries on all our products, often guiding them through different product categories and finding the right product for them, including booking a home demonstration.
Lynette and Holly will also be in touch with our customers to arrange your annual service on your mobility product.
Lynette has experience in the health sector having worked in a large medical practice and prior to joining Mobility Your Way worked in a luxury care home.
After work Lynette enjoys walking her two West Highland terriers and spending time with her two grown up children.
Holly has lots of experience in Customer Care having previously worked at O2 and a large media company.
After work Holly enjoys time at her gym and especially enjoys Aqua Aerobics. Holly also loves to spend time with her cat Casper and on a longer break loves to go camping.
