Wild Ones is back and we have a new block starting in June!

A session unlike any other baby class because it's designed for you as much as your little one.

Each session includes:
🌿 Sensory & movement play for babies among the trees
🌬️ Gentle mindfulness to help you land and breathe
🎨 A creative activity — just for you, not Instagram
💚 Real conversation with other mums who get it
📅 Wednesdays - 17th June, 24th June, 1st July, 8th July & 15th July
🕐 1pm

Is your birth experience affecting your life? Have you heard of 3 step rewind?

TBR 3-Step Rewind is designed to support you with birth or peri-natal trauma.

Alongside Sarah, you will have the opportunity to process your experience of birth, feeding or any part of the peri-natal period giving you back the head space to enjoy being a parent.

The 3-step process can help to bring a sense of freedom from carrying the emotions and symptoms that we have after a difficult start to our parenting journey. Investing in this time for yourself can allow you to feel calmer, relieved and able to move forward in your life.

What you can expect:
Come to recall your memories without the overwhelming emotions.
With deep relaxation and guided visualisation you can release yourself from the anxiety, fear, panic or sadness of your experience.

Who is this for:
If you previously experienced good emotional health but since your birth or through the peri-natal period have had difficult emotions and memories impacting on your day-to-day life, this could be for you. It is important for you to know that TBR 3-step rewind is not suitable for anyone with long term or pre-existing mental health conditions, a diagnosis of a mental health condition or a more significant peri-natal experience such as PTSD or psychosis.

TBR 3-Step Rewind includes three 121 sessions online. You will receive digital resources to support your journey, including a personalised audio relaxation.
