Well we have done all we can , what will be will be tomorrow.

Tomorrow will see Beechgrove Care Home participate in Lanark Lanimers Procession!

After months of hard work, late night, plenty of tears and thinking I had made a huge mistake, we have finally got to Lanimer eve.!

Thankyou to all who have helped make flowers , assist with ideas, attend meetings with me & support me throughout it all.

A huge thankyou to my helpers the last few late night..Stuart, Lorraine, Ian , Wendy , Lena , XFf Sstaceyx , zz , Elena .

This couldn’t have happened without the support from local business man Lanark Beds and Mattresses Limited.

Thank-you aswell to Lanark Golf Club for loaning us some golf umbrellas (just incase).

So from the bottom of my heart, I thank everyone of you.

A fantastic afternoon of entertainment provided by The Tartan Tenor.

Our residents enjoyed singing and dancing to old time favourites, feet tapping and lots of smiles and laughter throughout.

Music brings people together, uplifts mood making everyone feel happy.

Residents enjoyed an afternoon of aiming, scoring and lots of laughter and cheering as we tested our skills with fun target games.

Bean bag toss to hoop games there were lots of smiles and cheers.

Activities like these support coordination, concentration & gentle movement whilst enjoying interaction.
