We often castigate ourselves with negative self talk...focusing on the things we can't or didn't do that day...
Why not choose from one of the affirmations in the image below...or more than one if you prefer, then remind yourself of it every night before you go to bed...
Personally, I would repeat it in the morning and several times during the day as well....the more you repeat them the more effective and powerful they become...♥♥♥
