Nature Sit Spot: An invitation to spend time outside, in nature, just being, witnessing, connecting. A form of meditation. Simply being present and just noticing what comes up.
I was first introduced to the Sit Spot while on a Nature Facilitation course in 2021 and again in May 2026 with Change in Nature - and now I regularly visit different sit spots to share time with nature and be with my thoughts, or sometimes just be.
