I woke up with a crick in my neck last week and as it happens I was with a fellow massage therapist who offered a therapy swap.

It was just what needed and it felt much better after wards, I felt much better afterwards.

Oh Em Gee!!!

I can't believe I've actually made it to this point.....
I'm super super super excited to FINALLY launch my new offering

KI ALIGNMENT
(pronounced key)

This has been in the pipe line for so long, and I've been learning lots behind the scenes and here it is at last....The right time!

Keep your eyes peeled for more information over the coming weeks but I've created this offering very selfishly for me.

I want to live in alignment with the moon and nature, I want to carve out time in my busy life to connect, to pause, to see where I'm at and where I'm heading.

This membership is an invitation to those who feel the same to gather together under the light of the full moon and the energy of the new moon, and do just that.

I chose 'Ki Alignment' to bring together the beautiful connection between Ki, the Japanese word for life force energy, and the idea of finding the key to living in alignment with yourself and the natural rhythms around you.

Join me and Claire this Sunday for our Reiki and Relaxation afternoon at Moss and Moon Wellbeing centre.

We will start with a gentle grounding practice bringing us back to ourselves and the moment, before getting nice and cosy comfortable ready to relax into an eco nidra meditation and receiving the gentle energy of Reiki.

To finish you have the opportunity to journal on your experience, share and connect with the group and enjoy tea and chocolates.
