We are deeply saddened to share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our wonderful manager, Tee.
Tee was so much more than a manager — she was the heart of Horsforth Manor.
A true workaholic in the very best sense of the word, Tee dedicated herself wholeheartedly to ensuring the very best for our residents, their families, and every member of staff. She was happiest when those around her were happy, especially our residents. Her passion, energy, and commitment shone through in everything she did.
Whether she was organising events and celebrations or supporting residents, families, and colleagues, every little detail mattered to Tee. She never missed an opportunity to show off her dance moves, share a laugh, and bring a smile to everyone’s face.
Tee was exceptional at her job, but more importantly, she was an extraordinary person — truly one of a kind. Her kindness, dedication, laughter, and unwavering support touched the lives of so many and helped make Horsforth Manor the special place it is today.
She leaves behind some very big boots to fill, but one thing we can all promise is that we will not let her down. The standards she set, the values she lived by, and the level of care she expected from all of us will continue to guide everything we do. We will keep striving for the excellence she worked so hard to achieve.
Everyone is feeling the sadness of this loss, and that’s okay. We all miss her dearly. But Tee would not want us to spend our days in silence. She would want to hear the laughter, the banter, and the cheekiness echoing through the corridors of Horsforth Manor. She would want us to keep smiling, keep caring, and keep making memories together.
Tee’s legacy lives on in every act of kindness, every smile, and every moment of care shared within our home.
You are missed beyond words, Tee, and you will never be forgotten.
