We hope you are all ready for the weekend ahead and potentially getting some of the rain the country so needs in various parts. Though no doubt it will be short lived. Hopefully the evenings will be a lot cooler than they have been over the past few nights.

Good day all we hope this reaches you well.
and are not already feeling a little too hot for comfort . By early afternoon we will be looking at what is going to be Mediterranean temperatures for the rest of the day.

Make sure to try and keep cool and take out your sunglasses to protect your eyes from the high UV levels. Also don't forget to stay hydrated. Especially if you are going about in air conditioned environments if you feel your eyes getting dry or gritty use some eyedrops. Here at Judge opticians we have a wide variety of eye drops for various conditions or reasons so we can of course help with that.

We hope you all enjoyed the weekend and the glorious weather that we were privy to. Who stayed up to watch the England match ? got to say all of us here at Judge Opticians did and were pleased with the result. Though the extra time got nail biting at points.
