There is no No Limits sports club on Saturday 5th September, due to the activity weekend in Badaguish.

This morning, Paul led his final archery session as club secretary. We celebrated a member's birthday with cake, then thanked Paul for all his hard work over the last 26 years. He will be missed by everyone, and we are so grateful for everything he has done.

This week will be Paul's last week at No Limits before he retires as club secretary. For many years he has faithfully attended club, leading archery and coaching table tennis. He has also spent many hours every week doing club administration and fundraising for our activity holiday at Bendrigg. Please come along and say thank you on Saturday. We are grateful for all he has done and will miss him!

Another fun No Limits session with our friends from Cycling Without Age Scotland. We are so grateful to them for bringing the trishaws to the cycle circuit and pedalling us round.
Some of our members brought trikes, scooters and rollerblades. There were smiles all round! 😁

Exciting news re Saturday 8th August - cycling Without Age Scotland will be at the cycle circuit with the trishaws. Please check in at the sports hall first. You are welcome to bring bikes, scooters, rollerskates. We are looking forward to another fun session

What an honour it was for No Limits to be involved in the King's baton relay for the Commonwealth games. Early this morning, with our friends from Cycling Without Age Scotland and other local organisations, we gathered at west lothian cycle circuit. We met Finnie the mascot, and paraded with the baton. We then had trips round the circuit on the trishaws, on our bikes and rollerskates or on foot. One of our members demonstrated his frame running skills. After refreshments, we headed back into the hall for our normal Saturday session. There truly is NO LIMITS to the energy and enthusiasm of our members. We finished with birthday cake - a great day that will be remembered for years to come.
