Gary McMichael, ASCERT CEO and Laura, Business Development Director met with Deputy Lord Mayor of Belfast Councillor Hedley Abernethy in our Belfast office yesterday.

The visit was a great opportunity to share more about our services and the work we do in Belfast and across Northern Ireland, highlighting the support we provide and the positive impact we make in our communities.

We’re pleased to say the meeting went really well and we appreciated the opportunity to discuss our work and build connections.

A big thank you to the Deputy Lord Mayor for taking the time to visit us!

We were delighted to attend the NIPSA - Northern Ireland Public Service Alliance Health & Safety Conference on Friday where our CEO Gary McMichael was invited to present on the conference theme of Addiction and Mental Health focusing on addiction, support and recovery.

The speakers and expert panel discussions delivered information on how workplaces and communities can better support those affected by addiction.
