Today we held an impromptu w**e & cheese tasting afternoon 🍷🧀

Our amazing kitchen assistant, Debbie Williams, created our delicious cheese boards and our activities coordinator, Lee, kept the w**e flowing and the Italian music playing 👩‍🍳💁‍♂️💜

We love nothing more than the team here at Park View springing surprises on us, it certainly lifts our spirits! 🙌

🎪 End of summer carnival 2026🎪

As we bid a fond farewell to what has been amazing summer, and albeit, a hot one, we celebrated with a carnival inspired party 🥳

Our home was alive with colour, laughter, friendship and fun! 💜

Our chefs prepared a tasty buffet for us to enjoy and the drinks were certainly flowing 🍾🥂🥙

We were entertained by Michael, our very own DJ from Poptop Events... it was our first time having a live DJ in our home and he played all the hits that we love 🎧

We hope you've all had a fantastic summer of 2026, and thank you to everyone who attended, you certainly helped in making the afternoon an unforgettable success ⭐️⭐️

Many many years ago it was considered a luxury and privilege to own your own camera… Now we all have one in our pockets! 📷

Capturing a special moment consisted of using our mental memory stick 🧠

Now, we all have the power, and privilege, to capture those moments at the touch of a button and digitally treasure them forever 💜

So, we have compiled a few shots of our daily life here at Park View.

Whether it’s our kitchen team working tirelessly to ensure we have top notch meals, our housekeeping and laundry team keeping us and the home immaculate, our nurses, seniors and carers giving us the best possible care and attention, and of course, our activities team keeping us entertained with activities such as music therapy sessions to church communion services.

These are memories that we’ll treasure forever ⭐️

Also, not forgetting our amazing managers, administrator and hostesses, our decorator and maintenance men… the list goes on 💜

To celebrate World Cowboy Day we invited a lovely group of line dancers to our home 🤠

They gave us all an amazing performance followed by arm chair dance lessons 💜

It certainly was an afternoon that we won’t forget, thank you for a wonderful afternoon ladies, YEEHAW! 🤠🐴

Today was filled with nostalgia, yoga and everyone yelling house!!! 📣

We enjoyed looking through a selection of items on our memory table, even sharing some of our own Liverpool memories with each other 📝

Then we spent the afternoon at our yoga & meditation wellness session with the lovely Ms Premy, live from Sri-Lanka, via Zoom 🧘🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

To finish off the afternoon we enjoyed a lively session of bingo… which, by the way, is Park View’s guilty pleasure 🤫💜

We love having a variety of daily activities within our home, there is never a dull moment 🏡
