🌿 Women's Wellbeing Group – Sunday 7th June 🌿

🎉 Our fully funded Women's Wellbeing Group is back! 🎉

Join us at the wonderful where we'll be making use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces for an afternoon of mindful crafts, gentle wellbeing activities and time to connect with other women.

We're also delighted to welcome Jane from who will be guiding us through a deeply relaxing sound bath experience. Sound baths can help calm the mind, ease tension and create space for reflection and renewal.

Never tried a sound bath before but wondered what it's all about? This is the perfect opportunity to experience one completely free of charge and discover whether it's something that works for you.

This group is primarily for mothers of children with SEND, but if you're experiencing stress, overwhelm or isolation or just crave some space for you, please get in touch – we'd love to welcome you.💚

☀️ Halfway through half term… and what a warm one it’s been! 🥵💛

Just a little check-in for our lovely families — we know the combination of broken routines, heat, extra demands, and tired children (and parents!) can make this week feel a bit intense at times.

So if things haven’t gone perfectly, please be kind to yourselves.
Small wins still count. Easy days still count. Surviving the snack requests every 12 minutes definitely counts 😅

The good news?
✨ Our activities and parent support coffee mornings start back again next week, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back.

Whether you’re looking for support, connection, a chat with people who understand, or just a hot drink you don’t have to reheat three times ☕ — we’re here for you.

Until then:
💛 Stay cool
💛 Lower the pressure where you need to
💛 Do what works for YOUR family

You’re doing an amazing job ❤️💪
