Designing the Future of Play and Healing
What an amazing meeting and such a brilliant place to visit THE BATCAVE Alder Hey Innovation. We are all very excited about the possibility of working together and exploring how Vizbox and Skyla NR™ could support children and families in such a meaningful way.

A massive thank you to Jemma Blake and Lois Rooney for the warm welcome and for taking the time to hear our ideas and vision.

When therapy feels less like a clinical task and more like a game, magic happens. Our goal with visual and immersive therapy is to take the work out of rehabilitation and replace it with wonder. By using purposeful, gamified actions, we can support children and families in a way that feels natural, engaging, and most importantly, fun.

Why Visual Therapy Matters
Beyond the Hospital Walls: It creates a space where kids can explore and achieve milestones without feeling like they are in a medical setting.

Purposeful Play: Every movement in the digital world is designed to support real world neurological recovery.

Lived Experience: This technology was built from the heart, with the patient voice at the center of every design choice.

It was fantastic to meet the team and to feel such a genuine openness to collaboration. And yes, Carl Grainger definitely does love his hugs! 🤗 🤣

The future of paediatric care is about rethinking how we support our children, making it less clinical, more human, and definitely more fun. We cannot wait to see where this goes.

A Moment of Calm, a Path to Recovery
Stroke recovery is as much about the mind and spirit as it is about the body. At Visual Therapies CIC, we believe that healing happens best in an environment that feels like home.

Our weekly sessions are designed to be a breath of fresh air for both stroke survivors and their dedicated caregivers. Whether you are looking for cutting edge rehabilitation or simply a supportive community that understands your journey, there is a seat waiting for you.

Why Join Us Tomorrow?
Innovative VR Therapy: Explore new horizons with Skyla NR, our medically registered VR app. It is a unique way to rebuild movement and confidence by transporting you into immersive, motivating environments.

True Community Support: Connect with others who truly understand. Share stories and advice over tea, coffee, and biscuits in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Caregiver Respite: We provide a safe, supervised space for survivors so that caregivers can take a much needed break to run errands, shop, or simply enjoy a quiet moment for themselves.

Inclusive & Accessible: We are a Community Interest Company dedicated to keeping our sessions low cost, ensuring that professional support is available to everyone in Wirral.
