Created for its “Unhappy Returns” cover story, this brilliantly playful illustration captures the frustration and chaos of sending unwanted purchases back.

Illustrator Lisa Sheehan crafted every box to feel convincingly real, filling the design with postage icons, torn cardboard, scuffs and grungy details - all created without AI. Art direction by David Young.
