8 August. This year is highly unique because the portal represents a triple 8, making it a powerful period for manifesting, healing and deep personal transformation.

The portal closes on the 12 August, culminating with a powerful Solar Eclipse in Leo, acting as a catalyst for integration and new beginnings - This is going to be a powerful moment to really feel what you are manifesting!

My first experience teaching Yoga and being part of was amazing ❤️ A beautiful festival rooted in Buddhism where people are free to express, make new connections, embrace stillness and have a good time.

Thank you so much for having me this year 🙏🏽 I am grateful for the beautiful week I had at the festival and look forward to seeing you all again in 2027 ✨✨✨

Give your back a deep stretch to decompress and release tension.

This Yin Yoga sequence targets the entire spine from the upper back down to the sacrum and glutes. You might need a Yoga block to support your body.

Hold each pose for 3-5min. Focus on your breath in and out the nose. Use your breath to release tension in your back.
