It’s brief, intelligent and practical. You’ll usually find a simple tip from one of our therapists that you can put to use without buying anything, learning a new routine or finding another hour in your week.

Every so often, we’ll share a longer blog article written by one of the team when there’s something we think is genuinely worth talking about. Admittedly, it also really helps with Google rankings.

We finish with a quick look at appointment availability for the week ahead - handy if you’ve been meaning to book but haven’t quite got around to it.

Your upper back probably doesn’t need another stretch. It might just need to move more often 😵‍💫

🪑 Here are three simple seated movements you can use to bring a little more movement back into the neck, shoulders and upper back - particularly useful if you spend a lot of your day at a desk.

✨ Nothing heroic. No equipment. And no need to turn it into a workout. Just safe, nourishing movement!

⏰ Try a few slow repetitions of each, staying within a comfortable range, and revisit them SEVERAL TIMES during the day rather than waiting until you feel stiff.

🖐️ With 14+ years of experience in manual therapy, Fruzsi blends deep remedial bodywork with nervous system-focused treatment designed to ease tension, improve movement, and help you fully unwind.

🌿 Her approach combines sports massage, Thai massage, Eastern bodywork traditions, and trauma-informed practice to create treatments that are intuitive, restorative, and deeply personalised.
