As your bump grows, finding a comfortable sleeping position can become a challenge 🤍

Whether you use a pregnancy pillow or several pillows, the goal is the same:

✨ Support your head and neck
✨ Support your bump if needed
✨ Place a pillow between your knees to help keep your pelvis aligned
✨ Place a pillow behind your back for extra support and comfort

Good support can help reduce strain on muscles and ligaments, making it easier to rest comfortably throughout pregnancy.

It’s easy to introduce ourselves by what we do…

Chiropractor.
Mum.
Business owner.

But we’re so much more than the labels we wear every day.

Lately, I’ve been learning that growth isn’t about having everything figured out. Sometimes it’s simply about showing up, trying your best, and allowing yourself to keep evolving 🤍
