“My biggest piece of advice to anyone wanting to “feel strong” again, build back to where they were or find themselves post (anything) life altering, is, enjoy the bit between where you are and wherever you wanna go. I focus on how I wanna feel which means daily I make a choice. And I enjoy the small non linear increments of progress. Because it’s not the numbers you lift, but the tiny progressions that make for lots of growth.”
