How to Do Male Kegel Exercises for Stronger Erections

Can Kegel exercises really improve er****ons, ej*******on and bladder control in men?

In this video, Dr Fabio Castiglione, Consultant Urologist and Andrologist, explains how the male pelvic floor works, what the scientific evidence says about Kegel exercises, and how to perform them correctly.

Pelvic floor exercises may help some men with erectile dysfunction, premature ej*******on and urinary incontinence, particularly following prostate surgery. But Kegels are not right for everyone.

An overactive or hypertonic pelvic floor can cause pelvic pain, painful ej*******on, urinary symptoms and s*xual problems — and simply doing more Kegels may make some of these symptoms worse.

In this video you’ll learn:

• What the male pelvic floor is
• How pelvic floor muscles contribute to er****ons and ej*******on
• What the evidence says about Kegels and erectile dysfunction
• How to identify the correct pelvic floor muscles
• How to perform Kegel exercises correctly
• Common Kegel mistakes
• A simple beginner routine
• When Kegel exercises should be avoided
• Why relaxation is just as important as strengthening

The key message: a healthy pelvic floor isn’t simply a strong pelvic floor. It needs to contract when you need it and relax when you don’t.
