Sending so much love to the Triyoga family today from PYC Studios (previously The Power Yoga Company) 🤍

You’ve built an extraordinary community, and this is a real loss for London. To the teachers and students wondering what comes next, our door is open. We’re a short hop from Chelsea and Ealing, in Fulham, and there’s always a mat and a warm hello waiting for you.

If you have an existing Triyoga membership or teaching arrangement, please reach out. We’ll speak with you individually and see how we can help during this difficult time.

DM us or email us at [email protected]. Sending you all a big hug 🤍

Our own Georgia Downes just completed an Ironman - we’re so proud! Georgia Downes 🤍💪🏼

She’s shared how the reformer backed her practice the whole way - stronger legs, core and upper body for the miles. Any runners, swimmers and/or cyclists who can relate? This is an incredible example of how Pilates helps off the mat. We’re so happy to have her back, inspiring us on and off the reformers.

Caption for terrace classes:

Fresh air + Yoga and Pilates = our favourite combo ☀️ We’ve been loving afternoon terrace classes on these hot days. Are you loving them too? Drop what you’re hoping to see more of outside!

Staying cool together this week!

No AC in the studio, but fans and open windows will keep the air moving. Drink plenty of water, take breaks if you need them, and wear light layers.

Online classes are always there too if you’d rather practice from home. Take care of yourselves 🫶🏻

Happy International Day of Yoga!
More than a practice, it’s a community that shows up for each other, on and off the mat.
This year’s theme, Yoga for Healthy Ageing, is a reminder of why we keep coming back.
Grateful for this team and our community.
