On International Literacy Day, we're recognising the importance of making information accessible to everyone.
At Transforming Support, we work alongside professionals to create Easy Read resources that make communication more accessible for People We Support (PWS).

Our Easy Read materials include:
• Panels and display boards
• Information leaflets
• Newsletters
• Person-centred resources

These tools support people to:
• Understand information more clearly
• Make informed choices
• Participate in decision-making
• Engage in planning conversations
• Progress towards greater independence

Accessible communication is not simply about reducing complexity.
It's about creating opportunities for meaningful participation, choice and person-centred outcomes.
