How long has it been since you truly allowed yourself to stop?
Not because you had finished everything on your list, but because you recognised that your body needed a moment to rest, rebalance, and simply be.
Many of us carry far more than we realise. Stress, responsibilities, worries about the future, emotions we haven't fully processed. Over time, we become so familiar with carrying these things that we begin to think they are simply part of life.
Yet the body is always seeking balance. Given the opportunity, it naturally begins to release what it no longer needs and restore itself to a healthier state.
This is one of the reasons I love the Worldwide Distant Healing events. People join from all over the world and, for a brief moment, create a shared space dedicated to healing, wellbeing, and reconnection. There is something profoundly powerful about hundreds of people pausing together with the same intention.
When this happens, the mind often becomes quieter, the body softens, and what has felt heavy can begin to lift. Many people describe feeling calmer, clearer, lighter, or more connected to themselves in the days that follow.
I will be hosting a FREE Worldwide Distant Healing on Saturday 20th June at 7:00pm (UK time).
To take part, simply set aside 30 minutes for yourself, sit or lie comfortably, place your hands on the energy images, and allow yourself to receive.
For those who would like more focused support, I will also be opening a limited number of discounted distant healing sessions (from photographs) on Sunday 21st June and Monday 22nd June at 7:00pm (UK time). These sessions allow me to work more specifically with the unique energetic patterns your body may be holding and support a deeper level of restoration and balance.
Perhaps the question is not whether your body knows how to heal, but whether you have given yourself enough space to listen to what it has been trying to tell you.
