Life moves quickly.

Weeks become months.

Months become years.

Before we know it, we're wondering where the time has gone and whether we're still moving in the direction we truly want to go.

That's why I've created RESET.

Think of it as a checkpoint.

A day to pause.

A day to reflect.

A day to learn.

A day to reconnect with yourself and your meditation practice.

A day to take stock of where you are, what's working well, what you'd like more of, and where you'd like to grow.

Through meditation, discussion, reflection, learning, and community, RESET creates the space to step back from everyday life and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

The first RESET takes place on 27th June.

Rather than reaching for another coffee, sometimes the best thing you can do is stop, close your eyes, and rest.

On my recent road trip, I was reminded just how powerful a few minutes of meditation can be.

It provides a quality of rest that feels different. Clearer. Deeper. More refreshing.

The service station became more than a place to refuel the car.

It became a place to refuel me.

Monday — Don’t Add More Fire
Someone else’s frustration doesn’t have to become our state too. Not every moment needs more reaction added to it.

Wednesday — You Don’t Always Need To Fix It
Sometimes people don’t need advice or solutions.
Sometimes they simply need to feel heard.

Friday — What We Avoid Stays With Us
What we keep distracting ourselves from doesn’t usually disappear. Often it quietly waits for our attention.

Small pauses.
More awareness.
Less reaction.

I love teaching for many reasons. One of them is that it reminds me of my own journey when I first learned to meditate. That first glimpse of a greater reality that suddenly put everything into a different perspective.

It was such a profound experience that I’ve now meditated twice a day, every day, for the last 16 years.

And in many ways, I’ve realised it’s not so much about the meditation itself, but what happens outside of meditation. The sense of contentment. The sense of wholeness. The feeling that life keeps opening a little more every single day.

I find myself naturally becoming more grateful for everything that I have. My appreciation for even ordinary moments has grown massively.

And whilst there’s no desperate feeling that something is missing, I naturally feel more driven and focused to make the most of what I do and the life that I have.

That’s why I meditate. And that’s why I enjoy teaching as much as I do. Not because I have all the answers, but because I know how powerful it can be to experience more peace, clarity, appreciation, and connection within everyday life.

It’s beautiful.
