How is it working with me?

Everybody starts their Pilates journey with the trial session and the trial package which are for a discounted price. Come along and see if it’s for you. We discuss your history of injuries and sports, as well as your lifestyle and goals. I look at your posture and assess your movement patterns to then build a personalised exercise routine for you. Every time you see me, and every time you practice, you’re unlocking your body’s powerful natural abilities. After completing your trial period you may decide to continue working with me privately or opt for semi-private sessions.

Real change takes time and remaining committed to the process isn’t always easy. By seeing me regularly, you get feedback on your form and new techniques to keep you progressing. This helps you stay motivated and prevents you slipping back into old habits.

Are you ready to stand up tall and live pain free?

Keep your spine healthy with the Spiral Stabilization method. 🤸🏼‍♀️

Similarly to the Pilates method, spiral stabilisation exercises are meant to rebalance muscles, create traction and decompression in the joints and strengthen the whole body. All you need is a special exercise cord and a trained practitioner to help you learn the technique. I find this type of gait training especially useful for those with scoliosis, bulging discs or spondylitis. Many of my clients have managed to avoid surgery and drugs by practicing these exercises once or twice a day for 10-20 minutes.
