Sunday movement ✨

Just need a chair.

Breath in opening your ribcage and roll hips backwards (hips away from thighs) your spine stay in neutrality.
Breath out swing forwards (your body weight moves into feet and legs) and stand up on the ball of your feet, arms up.

You know this feeling of being overburden on your shoulders like you won’t be able to stand up again but you do because you have to .

Sometimes it a just about this intention we are giving to a movement.

This specific move is to shift how you deal with your responsibilities. You don’t pull yourself up. You use the support from the floor, your feet, your legs , your hips your core with the flow of your breath.

It’s not so much how many you do but more about how much you feel the support that brings connection to your foca and energy.

Your body is always here to help you out.

There is no enemy , but a lack of communication and understanding.
