🌟 Another Amazing Wellbeing Hub Session at Penge PCN 🌟

Today, 1st July 2026, we welcomed back our Seated Yoga session — one of our most requested and in-demand wellbeing activities.
What a brilliant morning it turned out to be! With excellent attendance and enthusiastic participation throughout the session, it was inspiring to see everyone moving, engaging, and investing in their health and wellbeing. 🧘💙
Sessions like these remind us how important it is to create opportunities for people to connect, stay active, and support one another.
Penge PCN continues to deliver for our community, and today was another example of what can be achieved through teamwork and dedication. Thank you to everyone involved — what a team and what an effort! 👏

💙 Thank You for Joining Our Diabetes Awareness Event 💙

On 24th June, Penge PCN hosted a successful Diabetes Awareness Event bringing together healthcare professionals and local residents for an informative and engaging session.
Attendees heard from:
🥗 Our Dietitian on nutrition in diabetes and healthy lifestyle choices
🦶 Our Podiatrist on the importance of diabetic foot care
📌 Information stalls providing practical advice and support
We were pleased to receive such positive feedback, with many attendees sharing how useful and valuable they found the event.
Supporting our community through education and prevention remains a priority, and we are proud to continue delivering patient events alongside our Wellbeing Hub programme.
