As a baby our daughter had an allergic reaction to peanut butter, which is why we recommend following the below guidelines:

Introducing peanuts during weaning? 🥜👶

Early introduction of peanuts can help lower the risk of developing a peanut allergy. Current guidance recommends introducing peanuts alongside other common allergens once your baby is ready for solids, rather than delaying it.

Opt for smooth peanut butter **never whole peanuts or chunks**.

Start with a small amount on the inside of your baby’s lip, and if there are no signs of an allergic reaction, gradually increase the amount every 20 minutes until reaching a teaspoon, and then keep peanut in your baby’s diet regularly if tolerated. ❤️
