Christian men are not called to passivity.

We are called to stand firm in the faith, be courageous and be strong.

The spiritual battle doesn’t disappear because we choose to ignore it. We have a responsibility to guard our minds, lead our homes, strengthen our bodies, steward our finances and stand alongside brothers who will sharpen us rather than pacify us.

“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” — Romans 12:21

Happy birthday to my beautiful wife, Naomi 💋❤️

Looking through these photos today reminded me just how much life we’ve lived together already.

From meeting by complete chance in a beach bar in Cyprus, to falling in love ridiculously fast…

Scotland.

Building businesses.

Marriage.

Becoming parents.

Losing our beautiful daughter Iris.

Welcoming our son Teddy.

Moving countries (twice)

Starting again.

Growing together.

Finding deeper faith.

And building a life that looks completely different from the one we started with.

We’ve experienced some of the greatest highs and deepest valleys a marriage can walk through.

But through every season, God has been working.

There are chapters of our story I would never have chosen, but looking back, I can see how much they have shaped us, strengthened us and brought us closer to Him.

Today isn’t just about celebrating another year of your life.

It’s about celebrating you, the woman, wife and mother you have become through everything we’ve walked through together.

I’m incredibly grateful that I get to do this life with you.

And the beautiful thing is…

our story is still being written.

We don’t know exactly what the next chapter holds.

But we know Who does.

So we’ll keep trusting Him, keep putting Him first, keep building our family and keep walking wherever He leads us.

Let’s see what God has in store for this next chapter. ❤️
