We welcome June,
Bright,light days we have a very full schedule.
This week is week 2 for the evening pelvic function workshop.

Thursday we also welcome our new Teacher Sarah for some gentle Physio Led Reformer Pilates 10.30 am & 11.30 am classes.

We Had Reformer practical exams in the studio on Wednesday for Sarah,
We congratulate her on passing Complete Reformer Exams Pilates Haven powered Pilates Education Institute

We welcome Sarah to the team She will offer a gentle Reformer class From Thursday 4 th June.
@10.30 am & 11.30 am
It has been a real pleasure watching Sarah grow and be challenged by the reformer, Sarah is a very accomplished lady and a great Pilates Teacher.

Pelvic Function 4 week evening workshop
8 pm
Bring a towel and head cushion.

We have some space available.

This class is wonderful, lots of anatomy, and a real opener as to how we use the pelvis, and how we can use it even better for life.
