Hello! We are a charity formed to support foster and respite carers of disabled children and those with complex medical needs and limited lifespans. These people actively choose to make a home for those who are disadvantaged by their disability and medical needs but often this means that they need to make extensive alterations to their property or obtain highly specialised equipment to make their house a home for these children. There are Disability Facility Grants available from local authorities but these often do not cover the full costs incurred. The Credo Care Foundation is committed to making up this shortfall so that these carers can focus on these children's needs in an environment that is safe, accessible and a place where they can find happiness. Join us in bridging the gap for those who care.
