Tuesday Tips: three useful resources for care providers this week.
1. Get Safeguarding Adults Week (16 to 22 November) in the diary now. The Ann Craft Trust is running free online seminars, including financial abuse and cybercrime (Monday 16 November, 12 to 1pm), Lasting Power of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian (Tuesday 17 November, 10.30am) and dementia (Thursday 19 November, 10.30am), plus free posters and a Teams backdrop to download.

2. A free winter infection webinar with UKHSA, worth booking early. Skills for Care's online session on Streptococcus (GAS/iGAS) infection prevention, asepsis and clinical interventions is on 24 November, 1pm to 2.30pm, covering wound care, catheter and device care, vaccinations and winter pressures, with a live Q&A.

3. Practise a cyber attack before a real one arrives. The National Cyber Security Centre's Exercise in a Box is completely free: 20 exercises across 12 topics, including ransomware, phishing and passwords, from short micro exercises to tabletop discussions for your team.
