My thought for today 🤎

Since menopause, I’ve learned to listen to my body a lot more. When it tells me it’s tired, exhausted, or simply needs a rest, I listen.

For years I felt guilty for slowing down, but I’ve come to realise that rest isn’t something we have to earn. It’s something we need.

Today I’m taking a moment in the sunshine with my best friend, recharging and appreciating the simple things. ☀️🐾

A gentle reminder: it’s okay to rest. Your body is talking to you for a reason. 🤎
