This is how Yoga began. In many ways, it is the true yoga of a spiritual practice
Sadhana is considered deeply important in spiritual and yogic traditions because it is a disciplined, daily practice that serves as a tool for personal transformation, inner purification, and connecting the individual to the philosphy.
Whilst, away on his 30 day training, Mike practiced this sadanah at sunrise and continues with it now at home. This is a chance to try the same sadanah and explore a focused and thoughtful practice.
