Join Mike .with.mike for a special Sadhana - a spiritual practice during which he will introduce you to a way to connect with your consciousness, going beyond physical practice and exploring a deeper understanding of yourself.

‘Sadh’ - go straight to
This is how Yoga began. In many ways, it is the true yoga of a spiritual practice

Sadhana is considered deeply important in spiritual and yogic traditions because it is a disciplined, daily practice that serves as a tool for personal transformation, inner purification, and connecting the individual to the philosphy.

Whilst, away on his 30 day training, Mike practiced this sadanah at sunrise and continues with it now at home. This is a chance to try the same sadanah and explore a focused and thoughtful practice.

2 full hours of practice
Observation of silence before and during practice
Mantra
Pranayama
Surya Namaskar (saluting the sun)
Asana – introduction of Sanskrit names.
Time in postures to observe breath, mind, and body

This class is open to all, with an open mind who would like to delve a little deeper into Yoga beyond that of a pure physical practice.

He’s back!! Catch .with.mike over the next few weeks, he just missed folding the blankets too much 🤣

Mike has been away to complete his 300hr advanced yoga teacher training and will be off again soon.

Catch him on the mat Tuesdays 4.30pm for the next couple of weeks. Expect a refreshed and inspired energy from him with some sprinkles of differences to what he offers in class.
