Did you know that run a free wellbeing walk right here in Maidstone? 👟💛

I’ve had such a good time joining these walks! Getting out into the community, discovering more of the local area, and enjoying some great chats along the way. It’s been a brilliant way to get some steps in, spend time outdoors and meet some really welcoming people.

These walks are all about wellbeing, connection and enjoying what’s right on our doorstep — something we’re really passionate about at Right at Home Maidstone.

We’re Ayesha and Izhar, brother and sister, and we’re proud to be bringing Right at Home to the community.

🧡 Ayesha has a background in community engagement and now leads our day‑to‑day operations, recruitment and the development of our care team. Izhar brings experience in business operations and entrepreneurship, having founded Venture Studios in Maidstone, and focuses on strategic direction and business development.

💙 Growing up in a close‑knit family taught us the importance of caring for loved ones with dignity, respect and kindness. Those values guide everything we’re building at Right at Home Maidstone. We believe care should feel personal, dependable and rooted in genuine human connection.

We were so happy to welcome Lesley, our very first team member, into the Right at Home Maidstone office. From the very start, she’s brought and continues to bring such warmth, positivity and great ideas. It already feels like she’s part of the family 🧡

We loved welcoming Lesley, and she then surprised us by making the most beautiful Eid cards for us! Such a thoughtful gesture and a great reflection of the kind of culture we’re building here, kind, respectful and supportive.

It wasn’t just us either, even my nephew wanted to wish Lesley good luck on her first days 💙
