Massage gets put in the “treat yourself” category a lot, which is lovely but it also makes it sound like something extra!
Something indulgent. Something you only book when you’ve got spare time, spare money and absolutely nothing else going on.
But the fact is that’s usually when you need it the most!!
Massage is part of looking after your body properly.
It can help with tension, tight muscles, stress, headaches, recovery, circulation, mobility and all those little aches you keep ignoring because life is busy and you’ve got things to do.
