**Prescription Requests – Please Help Us Keep This Safe**

We understand that ordering medication is important, but we are unable to take routine prescription requests over the phone.

This is for patient safety.

Prescription requests need to be made in writing so there is a clear record of exactly what has been requested. This helps reduce the risk of errors, missed items, wrong medication being issued, or confusion over doses.

Please request repeat medication by using the NHS App - (Best way), online services, PATCHS, by submitting a written request to the practice, or via your nominated pharmacy.

Our reception team are here to help and will always support patients who are unsure how to request medication. However, we ask that all patients treat our staff with kindness and respect. Abuse, shouting, swearing or aggressive behaviour towards staff is not acceptable.

Thank you for helping us keep prescription requests safe, accurate and manageable for everyone.
